Pleased to announce that we have acquired the MenoLabs® portfolio of women’s health and dietary supplements brands in the U.S.
 
The acquisition builds on our aspiration in the women’s health and wellness segments. It complements our U.S. self-care and wellness business portfolio of brands and addresses unmet needs of consumers for science-based, research-driven products that provide relief from the symptoms of menopause. The portfolio includes seven branded products designed to provide health support and address symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. The deal also includes the MenoLife® health tracker app which supports the product line and provides community, education, and information to consumers regarding menopause. 
 
With each step, we get closer to our goal of serving over 1.5 billion patients by 2030 in keeping with our focus on access, affordability and innovation. We also continue to promote good health and well-being in keeping with Sustainable Development Goal 3.
